Confluence

Missouri Master Naturalist Chapter serving St. Charles County, MO and nearby surrounding communities

Our Mission

The Missouri Master Naturalist Confluence Chapter was organized in the fall of 2005. Our members are graduates of the Missouri Master Naturalistâ„¢ Program, an adult, community-based natural resource education and volunteer service program sponsored jointly by the Missouri Department of Conservation and the University of Missouri Extension. Our mission is to engage Missourians in the stewardship of our state's natural resources through science-based education and volunteer community service. We perform volunteer service and offer opportunities for educational training in St. Charles County, Missouri and nearby surrounding communities. Our members share a common interest in learning about the natural world and in helping to protect, preserve, and restore Missouri's natural heritage. Chapter meetings are held the second Tuesday of the month at 6:00 P.M. at the Weldon Spring Interpretive Center. Visitors are welcome..
